Additional protection can be configured by the customer according to their needs, including neck, arm, and groin protection, while the ballistic resistance can be enhanced with additional hard body armor plates. The cut design affects the size of the protective surface and determines the intended use of the vest. The choice of soft ballistic insert influences not only its resistance level but also key parameters such as weight, flexibility, thickness, and rigidity.

  • Without MOLLE system are designed to be worn under a tactical vest or jacket when carrying additional gear is not required.

  • Quick-release vests are euipped with a system that allows fast removal in life-threatening situations or in case of falling into water.

   • Each cut design is optimized for a specific purpose, from concealed vests for diplomatic use to full-featured tactical vests with quick-release systems.
   • The cut also determines the size of the protective area.
   • Different cuts allow for various levels of additional equipment.

1. 3. Choosing the Soft Armor Insert

   • The ballistic insert affects fundamental vest properties such as weight, flexibility, rigidity, thickness, ballistic resistance level, and price.
   • For example we offer hybrid inserts that protect against both bullets and knives.
   • Our GMP soft armor inserts can be selected based on:
     • ballistic standard
     • ballistic resistance level
     • weight (lighter inserts recommended for all-day wear)
     • flexibility
     • rigidity (inserts designed for impact or knife resistance are stiffer)
     • thickness 

1. 4. Basic Ballistic Resistance Levels

   • Soft armor insert – Up to level IIIA
   • Hard armor plates – Up to level IV
   • The ICW (In Conjunction With) hard armor plates – Must always be used with a level IIIA soft ballistic insert

   • Dependent on the vest design
   • Increased by adding hard body armor
   • Optional pockets for inserting additional plates

   • In addition to the basic vest structure (front and back part), we offer extended protection for the neck, groin, and arms.
   • Additional options include bulletproof belts and ballistic protection for the lower limbs.
