The chest circumference is measured horizontally across the chest, at the widest point of the chest.
Waist circumference is measured at the narrowest point - above the navel.
The hip circumference is measured at the widest point of the hips and buttocks.
Measure the length of the back from the projection of the seventh cervical vertebra to the line of the narrowest point at the waist.
Measure the length of the sleeves from the shoulder joint to the wrist.
Measure the leg length from the crotch to the foot.
